And occasionally, a review arrives which simply takes our breath away - an example of which landed in out Inbox this week. Recognising everything from location and decor to comfort and cleanliness, it had everything we look for in an amazing review. But this review, left by a family who had booked to stay with us via Vrbo.com for mid-July 2024, also highlighted something particularly important at the heart of our ethos: the guest experience.

Location, Location, Location Spent 3 nights in Bath along with my two adult children. We LOVED our stay in The Apartment. First, the location. It’s in a great neighborhood within an easy 5 min walk from train and bus stations and city center. Great cafes and nearby pubs. A grocery store is literally across the street. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Lots of natural sunlight. Very comfortable beds. May have been the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Lastly, Claire was the best. Her travel recommendations were instrumental in a successful early morning journey to Heathrow. Great communication. She truly cares about her guests’ experiences. I would not stay anywhere else in Bath. Thank you, Claire. Highly recommend.
